we have completed a graphological analysis of the signatures of pleni-potentaries of the member states of the European Union to the Amsterdam Treaty. The reduced eye hand co-ordination motor disability could be caused by 1. onset of Parkinsons 2. alcoholic abuse 3. abuse of alkoloid drugs (cocaine, amphetamines). Yusef you´re right if they are too drunk to drive a car they´re probably too drunk to sign a treaty. Tel Aviv says Reclaim the Streets!
