UCC has paid huge sums to a criminal professor
This story is not for republication. I bear responsibility for the things I write. I have read the guidelines and understand that I must not write anything untrue, and I won't.
This is a public interest story about a complete failure of governance and management at UCC.

offsite link Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

offsite link China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Pakistan's Most “Unworthy Victim”: Dr Aafia Siddiqui

category international | anti-war / imperialism | opinion/analysis author Tuesday July 29, 2025 09:46author by Zahir Ebrahim Report this post to the editors

The Only Truth About US Justice is that Justice is in the Service of Empire!

This author supports Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, but in his own handwriting, and with his own acute forensic analysis documented below.

Pakistan's Most “Unworthy Victim”: Dr Aafia Siddiqui

Preamble

Monday, July 28, 2025 7:32 PM words 7236

“It is my judgment that Dr Siddiqui is sentenced to a period of incarceration of 86 years”, said U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman on Thursday, September 23, 2010. Dr Aafia Siddiqui denounced the trial and said an appeal would be “a waste of time. I appeal to God.” Pakistan’s Daily Dawn, Sep 24, 2010

I don’t know if God is too busy to listen—for the atrocities committed by humans against other humans, I don’t subscribe to God’s intervention. Albeit, faith does help withstand any calamity. But empirically speaking, if wishes were horses then beggars would ride!

Indeed, the Holy Quran—Mussalman’s wrapped in fine silk Holy Scripture, usually occupying the top most shelf in the closet or bookshelf even in quasi Muslim homes—has categorically proffered that it is left to us human beings to interdict our own predators (what today has become the much maligned “Jihad”). It is the religion of Islam’s only antidote to hectoring hegemons, of any and all creeds, including tyrannical Muslim rulers themselves.

Muslims have no Romans 13 equivalent of the Christian Bible in the Holy Qur’an: “Honor the King. Do it anyway, whether the king deserves it or not”.

But Muslims do have pulpits, of every turban style known to man, found preaching something similar to side with their tyrannical / authoritarian / despotic rulers (when not co-opted into complete silence or into sectarian schisms that is):

“I am free to submit to authority. I am free to make myself a slave. My friends, you are free, you are free to respect and appreciate the authority of the government that god gives to you - Honor the King! The way you talk about your government, it's so easy to complain isn't it? It is so easy to criticize, it is so easy to find fault. Honor the King. Do it anyway, whether the king deserves it or not. All authority, all authority is an extension of god's authority!” See: Why I am a Muslim by Zahir Ebrahim.

But we, the people, let it happen, again and again—the “Never Again” pledge only for giving blanket license to the chosen peoples to do it to the goyem first in the name of that pledge—in the fear that the goyem will eventually do it to them again. The grotesque burden of that weight of three thousand five hundred years of history is an abominable ounce too far.

From Gaza to Gaza there are victims of wars of aggression and primacy thinly disguised as self-defense.

This author supports Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, but in his own handwriting, and with his own acute forensic analysis documented below.

This author does not endorse, nor speak for anyone else’s opinions on Dr. Aafia Siddiqui or her case.

This author stands uniquely apart from everyone else, calling out the foundational axiom of America’s so called “global war on terror”—which ensnared Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, and about 600 other innocent Pakistanis who were shamelessly sold by Pakistan’s then government of Dictator-General Pervez Musharraf, to the Americans for a few copper coins, including Dr. Aafia Siddiqui who was kidnapped along with her three young children—the Big Lie of 9/11 as pretext for imperial mobilization. Learn and understand—You concede the case ab initio by axiomatically accepting the Big Lie!

No supporter of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui has dared to call out that imperial fiction—which, in any fair non imperial court of law (it’s besides the point that no such court of law will ever be convened under Pax Americana except under victor’s justice when the United States shall replace the Third Reich in the docks), throws out Dr. Aafia Siddiqui’s case ab initio.

The accurate analysis of realism instead of repeating the myths of 9/11, puts the charges of criminal culpability and aggression directly upon the United States, invoking the international precedent set at Nuremberg Military Tribunals under which, 22 members of the Nazi top leadership, dreaming of a thousand year Reich, were ceremoniously hanged at the gallows with great fanfare of ushering in the new era of international justice.

But of course, the king of the jungle can choose when to lay an egg and when to lay a baby (translation of the popular Urdu vernacular: jungle ka badshah chahe anda dey chahe bacha dey). And we live in a social Darwinian jungle surrounded by ubermenschen of every creed color and racial origin. So, as in the Darwinian jungle of evolution—the struggle for the survival of the fittest which has the knack for weeding out the weak and the unadaptable—those who cannot defend against the predators of our own jungles today, have little chance for survival.

Seems like the Natural Law of God as well—empirically speaking—when ‘the meek shall inherit the earth’, I don’t know. I’d be foolish to count on that as the strategy for my self-defense!—let alone a nation’s, or a peoples’!

Allah, God, has no extra rope stretched out for mankind. The Divine Guidance System that Muslims proclaim to believe in, has already shown ‘the way of the rope’—‘whether we be grateful or ungrateful’.

We let Aafia Siddiquis happen.

It is, after all, our own glorious Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Ishaq Dar, who comes to the United States and glibly, quite gratuitously, completely out of the blue, informs the Trump Administration lackeys in thinktanks and newsmedia that: udhar tum with Aafia Siddiqui idhar hum with Imran Khan. I.e., translating that Urdu vernacular for English speakers:

you keep your villain in gaol for 86 years with your eternally fair egalitarian legal system that you preach to the world, and we shall, taking a leaf out of your own wise playbook of democratic statecraft, keep our villain in our state hospitality center; and you dare not question us for it, for we are only learning from your own practice of legally co-opting the legal system!

Before someone jumps to the false conclusion that like many others filled with great consternation in Pakistan at Mr. Ishaq Dar’s ugly and thoughtless statement in the most powerful country on earth, to lend justification for holding Pakistan’s populist leader Imran Khan in gaol, and for which he has unsuccessfully tried to back peddle, and his chamchas (sycophants) in the newsmedia and government continue to offer clarifications upon clarifications day after day: “Oh he didn’t really mean what he said—he was actually trying to say…”, I am no fan of Doktor Imran Khan!

The Machiavellian enfant terrible who dreamed of being Prime Minister and sold his soul to the devil in a Faustian bargain to get there like so many others before him who came out from the same authoritarian nursery for political front faces. IK’s twirling his rosary beads for an “Islamic touch” notwithstanding, but which seems to easily fool his cult-like followers worldwide, his popularity increasing with each passing month he stays in gaol giving sleepless nights to the keepers of the state who remain its beneficiary. See: Crisis – The Prime-mover of Transformation Pakistan 2022 - Letters From Zahir Ebrahim

So, let’s not blame God for our sins of omissions and commissions. Nor should we blame the predators—for how can one separate a lion or a snake in the grass from its predatory nature?

Probably the biggest mazloom (victim) from time immemorial is this immanent entity called God! All people of all creed malign it for exercising their own cruelty to fellow human beings as “Divinely Ordained”. God may only curse them—I don’t know if the God of the Holy Qur’an takes affront from Its own Creations.

See: The Eschatology Trap - A Self-fulfilling Prophecy, for how we tend to believe in criminal absurdities and condone unspeakable horrors in the name of God.
