Biehler on International Law – now in its second edition – provides an accessible and practical guide to all areas of international law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, international procedure, maritime law, the use of force and state responsibility. In outlining these areas, the book focuses particularly on Ireland’s relationship with international law.

Dr. Roslyn Fuller was educated in Germany and Ireland and currently lectures International Law at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
