Northwest Network against Fracking have launched a postcard and poster campaign, aimed at all elected representatives. We are encouraging people to either send the postcard as an email or in a hard copy to a minister of their choice, preferably Pat Rabbitte, or Fergus O Dowd, telling them that onshore unconventional gas extraction on the island of Ireland is unacceptable to the communities living in the proposed gaslands, and we wish to leave our children a legacy of hope, not one of an environment so degraded that their legacy will contain carcinogenic timebombs!! |

"Other Big Tobacco apologists-turned-Big Oil apologists also helped promote the film: Grover Norquist’s Americans for Tax Reform and the Heritage Foundation, the Cornwall Alliance, The Washington Examiner, Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT), the Fraser Institute, Breitbart.com, and Right Online.
McAler and McElhinney have brought the Tobacco Playbook to the big screen. The question remains: who’s funding them?"
