Today the CDC and residents in Tom Kelly Flats, Charlemont Street entered our second year of gardening in the area in our drive to reclaim idle land, and use it for the purposes of helping communities grow their own food.
We got off to a good start and began the process of turning the soil and weeding. We also put in a good bit of work and constructed a raised bed that will be used for veg and herbs.
We would also like to send out a special thank you, to our friends and comrades for their help in what turned out to be a very productive day.
Go raibh míle maith agat!
Red salute!
