Rushdi Tamimi, 31, was shot by Israeli soldiers during a protest in Nabi Saleh on Saturday; he died today in a Ramallah hospital. 22-year-old Hamdi Falah died today after being shot four times by soldiers at a Hebron protest. In the past several days, Israeli forces have violently repressed demonstrations in East Jerusalem and the West Bank against the army’s 'Operation Pillar of Defense.’

Abir Kopty of the Popular Struggle Coordination Committee reported that protests held on Saturday and Sunday at Nabi Saleh, Ofer Military Prison, Hebron, Nablus, Jenin, and Bethlehem were put down through the use of tear gas, rubber bullets, and rubber-coated bullets, with soldiers sometimes firing directly at demonstrators. More than 10 protesters were arrested and a number were injured, including Tamimi, who was shot in the back with live ammunition. According to Kopty, "While injured, soldiers dragged him attempting to detain him."

"Israelis talk merely about "fear", but Palestinians have to talk about death" - http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/nov/20/israelis-ta...death

"Mohammed al-Khoudry was staring at the rubble of a house where two young children and their father died on Tuesday. "I've really tried to understand the Israelis. I used to work on a farm in Israel. I speak Hebrew. I watch their news. All the time they talk about fear. How they have to run to their bunkers to hide from the rockets. How their children can't sleep because of the sirens. This is not a good way for them to live," said Khoudry, who now scrapes a living growing his own produce.

"We Palestinians don't talk about fear, we talk about death. Our rockets scare them; their rockets kill us. We have no bomb shelters, we have no sirens, we have nowhere we can take our children and keep them safe. They are scared. We are dying.""

There was an interview on Fox News with Robert De Niro as the guest. The host asked De Niro about events related to Gaza.

De Niro replied: “Why do we blame Israel or the Israelis for what they do?”

The host was shocked because he knows that De Niro is always declaring his sympathy with Palestine.

De Niro looked at the host and saw his confusion.....…so he continued:

“Ok let me explain, if you were bitten by a mad infected dog, who will you blame? the dog or its owner? Definitely the owner, so, all the blame is on the USA Government’s shoulders for adopting and supporting a state like Israel”
