The main oration at this Wolfe Tone Commemoration will be delivered by RSF Ard Chomhairle member Cait Trainor , from Armagh.
Thanks!
Sharon.
Cait Trainor will deliver the main oration on Sunday 10th June 2012 at the annual RSF Wolfe Tone Commemoration.
"We prate and babble, and write books, and publish them, filled with sentiments of freedom, and abhorrence of tyranny, and lofty praises of the Rights of Man! Yet we are content to hold three millions of our fellow creatures, and fellow subjects, in degradation and in infamy, and contempt, or to sum up all in one word, in Slavery!"
The above statement was written by the Republican Irish lawyer and army officer Theobald Wolfe Tone well over 200 years ago.
"Dept Slavery" comes next for the present "three millions" plus Republic of Ireland citizens: if we're not all very vigilant, and very cautious?
And, if we can't somehow manage to get Bunreacht na hEireann (the Supreme Law of the Republic of Ireland) back out of the monstrous and callous hands of the Global Banking Cartel who have hijacked it from us: with lots of help from our own grossly corrupt and treasonous Governments (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) of recent decades.
Article 6.1 of Bunreacht na hEireann (the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland):
"All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good."
N.B. "All powers of government" ... "derive ... "under God" ... "from the people" is how Article 6.1 reads:
and NOT "under tin-gods" ... "from the Global Banking Cartel" -- as they and our present puppet Government of Money Power Agents would slyly try to fool us all into thinking and believing.

Hello Mr. Finnerty !
Thank You for your contribution - appreciated , and I agree with the content.
Your use of the word "slavery" brings to mind a quote by another famous Irishman , Oscar Wilde (a Dublin man , born in 1854) in which he commented on those who 'wear' golden chains and those who 'wear' iron ones : the latter is a bad situation for those afflicted , whilst the former are 'wore' by those who don't even realise that that is their lot !
Thanks again ,
Sharon.
Hi !
I have been told that this Commemoration went as planned , with a very good crowd present , bands , Colour Parties , representatives from Na Fianna Éireann , Cumann na mBan etc and a hard-hitting oration delivered by Cait Trainor , Armagh.
I wasn't able to attend it myself , as CABHAIR had asked that I attend a fund-raiser which they had organised for that same day -

-however , a 15-minute video of the Wolfe Tone Commemoration can be viewed at the 'Related Link' , below , and a full report will be published in the July 2012 issue of 'SAOIRSE' , which goes to print on Wednesday , 4th of that month.
Thanks for reading ,
Sharon.
