Still No Response from Stormont Politicans to GARC's Request?

In spite of an appeal from the Greater Ardoyne Residents Collective (GARC) to Stormont Politicans, Alban McGuinness, Gerry Kelly and DFM. Martin McGuiness to demand Owen Patterson ban Tuesday's unwelcome secterian parade.

There has been no response to date, GARC feel that the unwanted march will cause inevitable violence and believe that Mr. Patterson has the power to overule the Parades Commission. They also believe that the above Politicians have the duty to properly represent the residents of Greater Ardoyne to live free from sectarian fear and harassment!

GARC reiterate our call for those Politicans who electorally represent the Greater Ardoyne community to demand that Owen Patterson stop Tueday's Orange Order marches!

So what exactly are the GARC fearful of, or harassed by? Would that be Protestant residents from Belfast's Ardoyne, Ligoniel, and Ballysillan areas walking from their homes, to and back from a cultural celebration in Belfast. The Protestant residents have only one route to travel home by, and that said route would be the Crumlin Road. The Crumlin Road is a public main road which has living on it residents from both communities. If the GARC cannot accept the fact that other cultural traditions use and live on this public road other than the Irish Nationalist tradition, then that is the GARC's look out, not the PSNI's or Orange Orders problem. I suggest the GARC take a look outside their narrow minded Republican agenda once and a while. Demonizing the Protestant community does not advance the road to a United Ireland, it just divides Irelands people even further apart. Go ahead I dare you think outside the box. I know it may be scary but in the long run you may not suffer as much from 'confirmation bias'. As Ghandi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world". You see the world as you are, not as it is. So instead of looking outside yourself for solutions to the problems in the world, first look within. This is where lasting change begins. Easier said than done I know, but it is worth the effort.

Watch out there just what are you trying to say?
If such a route was planned by a republican group blasting religious hatred and screaming their victory over the Unionists it would be considered an act of well you know what.
Please dont bow to these bigoted orange masons and their bizarre version of reality.
Cultural activity dont make me laugh...more like child abuse making those minors dress in uniform of oppression without their understanding of it....social services should have a heavy presence not the RUC/PSNI to removal children from their racist abusive parents.
How embarrassing these marches are
