11 years of corrupt practices and 31 malicious prosecutions against him
Kevin will sit outside the gates of Leinster House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Over 11 years Kevin Tracey received 31 malicious prosecutions for offences he did not commit. Having won many of these cases, in spite of corruption and obstruction, he eventually took a number of cases against the State, Gardaí, the Courts Service and some Judges.
The cases were being vigorously pursued by him until he was stricken down by illness a year ago. He remains ill and under doctor's care. Now all of his cases for compensation against the wrongdoers have been struck out by High Court Judges.
In what has all the appearances of a gross act of obscenity, the State that is responsible for the malicious prosecutions is turning the tables on him, using all its power in an effort to crush him completely. This, I believe, is in order to save the hides of the perpetrators and cover up their corruption.
He has now taken his protest to the people of ireland.
